Hi! I’m Sydney! A NYC-based creative, art director, social strategist & a million other things. As someone who's never found it very easy to pick just one thing to do for the rest of my life, I decided to make a business out of doing all of them!

With a background in art direction, content capture & translating creative ideas into social-first moments for brands like Ralph Lauren, Victoria’s Secret, Laura Mercier & dozens more, my brain has always been wired to connect the dots between the aesthetics, the story we're trying to tell & the feeling we want to create through experiences, spaces or pieces of content.

& that instinct never turns off!!! I’ve always been the person who enters a restaurant and wants to change the playlist, notices the lighting tweaks I’d make in hotel lobbies, and can't help but pull out my phone when I spot a moment worth capturing. From spotting the social-first potential in a campaign to dreaming up ways to make an experience feel that much more special, my brain is always thinking about what could be better (and how to make it happen). I planned my destination wedding without a planner (unless you count my mom), started a business when I was 12 & somehow became the person friends come to with their businesses, brands & ideas asking, “What would you do with this???”

Eventually, I realized there was a throughline to all of it: I see the final 10%. The little things that could take something from good to great. The small changes that make the biggest impact. The simple Spruces, if you will. I love getting inside a brand, business or idea and figuring out how to push it that little bit further. So, I built a business around it. Et voilà, Spruce!
